Accordia came out of frustration withyears of unstructured 1-on-1s, lost action items, and no real way to track what actually got followed through on. So I built the tool I wished existed: structured agendas, live session tracking, and accountability that doesn't rely on chasing people in Slack or Microsoft Teams. It's designed, built, and maintained end-to-end by Rally Digital, and it's live now at getaccordia.com. Early users, including teams in local government, are already putting it to work.
